What Is Smart Replies Feature?
Android enables its millions of users with excellent features i.e “The Smart Replies on apps” in many circumstances. This feature allows rapid response and takes speedy action as and when the notification is received without opening of applications. Android introduced this feature in Android 10 and allows you to chat with your contacts on an incoming message from the notification area.
The messages app will automatically create short messages based on current chat and save time. If you don’t want this feature, you may turn it off with simple clicks. Most importantly, this feature is introduced in the market to help the customers to decrease their burdens, therefore they can respond to messages quickly without getting consuming much time.
Note: If you don’t find “Assistant suggestions” in your settings, your device doesn’t support the Assistant feature.
Turn Suggestions in chat on or off
Android adds a toggle in settings to turn Smart Replies on or off. The following steps to be taken:-
- Open the Messages app.
- At the top right, tap More Settings.
- Tap Suggestions in chat.
- Now Turn the Assistant suggestions ON or OFF.
- If you Turn Smart Reply ON or OFF.
- For Suggested actions ON or OFF.
Steps to Disable Smart Replies in Android
- Open your smartphone Settings.
- Scroll down and click on Apps and Notifications.
- On the next screen, open Notifications.
- Furthermore, scroll down and click on Advanced.
- Just disable Suggested actions and replies using the toggle button.
