Using SIGNAL Without Showing Phone Number

It is possible to Use Signal Without showing your Phone Number to anyone and use Signal on an iPhone or Android Phone. For this purpose, every user has to create their own signal account, which is only possible via phone verification. There is no official process for using the Signal application without putting your phone number. There are the following methods being used:-

Method – 1

To Get a New Number or Second Number

If you don’t want to share your personal number, you have to get a new number.
If you don’t want to get a new number, you may use a secondary number.

Method – 2

By Using Google Voice to Get a Number

You can use the Google Voice number in Signal. To proceed further, you need to follow the steps given below.

Sign up for Google Voice with your Gmail Account.
Click on the Choose Number on the window and then follow the on-screen instruction.
Enter a number that you want to use for verification.
You will receive a text message including a verification code.
Enter this code to complete the registration process.

Method – 3

Use Temporary numbers online

There are so many online services being used and providing free OTP (one-time-password) services.
In these free OTP services, you can get the verification code easily to your Signal application registration and then send any message which you desired to send without showing your identity.
These temporary numbers or OTP services are open sources.
Anybody can use these numbers to get verification messages.
There is always a chance that any other person can deregister from your device and register on his/her own.
It is highly recommended to use method 1 or 2.
